Step 1

Get the app on your phone

Open the Play Store, search Skoolly, and install it. When it asks, allow notifications so you never miss a school update.

Open the app & choose Parent

    On the welcome screen you'll see three roles.

  2. 2

    Tap Parent — "Monitor your child's progress."

  3. 3

    Students and school staff have their own logins — parents always pick Parent.

One parent account can hold all your children in the same school — no need to log in separately for each.

Sign in

  1. 1

    Enter your phone number (the one given to the school).

  2. 2

    Enter the password the school provided. Tap the eye to check it.

  3. 3

    Tap Sign In. The app remembers you next time.

Your login comes from the school office. If you haven't received it, ask your class teacher.

Forgot your password?

Reset it yourself in three quick steps — Verify → OTP → Reset.

    Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen.

  2. 2

    Enter your School ID (ask the office) and your phone or email.

  3. 3

    Type the OTP you receive, then set a new password.

The home screen shows the most important things first.

  • Average attendance
  • Fees due / all clear
  • Bus status
  • Your children

Scroll to Your Children and tap a child's name to open their full profile.

Fees, receipts & the tab row

Across the top are tabs: Fee · Att · Diary · Tasks · Results · Bus · Reports. Swipe the row to see them all.

    The Fee tab shows Total Due, Paid and Balance.

  2. 2

    Every installment is listed with a PAID badge and date.

  3. 3

    Tap View Full Ledger & Receipts to download a receipt.

Exam results & grades

    Open the Results tab to see each assessment.

  2. 2

    Each card shows the grade, percentage and subjects passed.

  3. 3

    Tap "Tap for details" to see subject-by-subject marks.

Results appear here as soon as the school publishes them — no waiting for a printed card.

Day-by-day attendance

    The Att tab shows this month and the full year.

  2. 2

    See totals for Present, Absent and Late.

  3. 3

    Scroll Daily Records for every single day. Use ‹ › to change month.

    The Reports tab shows notes the school has filed.

    Each is marked Open, Action Taken or Closed.

    Tap a report to read the full detail and who raised it.

Raise a concern

Have a question or a worry? You can message the school directly — no need to visit.

    Open the Complaint Box from the menu.

  2. 2

    Tap New Complaint to start.

Send it to the school

    Choose which child it's about (or General).

  2. 2

    Pick a category and write a short subject.

  3. 3

    Describe your concern, then tap Submit Complaint.

It goes straight to school management. You'll see the status update under Reports.

A few simple tips

  1. Keep your password private — it's linked to your child's data.

  2. Turn on notifications for instant fee and result alerts.

  3. All your children sit under one parent login.

  4. For your School ID or login, contact the school office.

  5. Receipts can be downloaded any time from the Fee tab.

  6. Update the app when the Play Store offers a new version.
